About This Watch
The Calibre de Cartier combines Cartier's unmistakable Roman-numeral design language with a substantial 42 mm stainless-steel case and the brand's manufacture 1904-PS MC automatic movement. Its silver dial pairs oversized Roman numerals with sword-style hands, a date display at 3 o'clock, and a recessed small-seconds register at 6 o'clock, while the exhibition caseback provides a view of the automatic movement.
This TMT-320 example appears lightly worn and well cared for, with light pre-owned surface wear visible on the case, caseback, screw heads, and deployant. It is fitted to a Cartier black leather strap with Cartier stainless-steel deployant clasp and is shown fitting approximately an 8-inch wrist with additional adjustment available.
